ISUZU Engine Components:
TONKEE displayed precision-engineered parts including cylinder heads, crankshafts, and fuel injectors, compatible with ISUZU engines in HITACHI ZX series excavators. Each component undergoes NDT (non-destructive testing) to ensure tensile strength (≥850MPa) and thermal stability, reducing engine downtime by 40%.
China-Made Wear Parts:
• Bucket Pins & Bushings: Forged from 42CrMo alloy steel (HRC48–52), these parts resist abrasion in tropical soil conditions, with a service life 1.5x longer than OEM equivalents.
